License Terms

Introduction
- Muffin Group, the creator of Betheme ("the Product"), retains ownership of the Product while granting you a license under the specified terms and conditions.
- This license grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the Product you have purchased.

You are licensed to use the Product to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client.
Creative agencies: You may purchase Betheme on behalf of your client and charge for your services, but you cannot use a single license for multiple clients or projects.
- The End Product is the website customised with your content. Each website requires its own separate license.
- License bundles for multiple websites are equivalent to multiple individual licenses.
Things you can do with the Product
- You can create one End Product for yourself or for a client. You can transfer or Sell that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
- Modify or manipulate the Product. Combine the Product with other works to create an End Product. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
Things you can't do with the Product
- Use the Product for more than one End Product without an additional license.
- You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
Third-Party Components
- Certain components of the Product may be subject to third-party or open-source licenses. Please consult the Product documentation for further details.
Compliance with Laws
- You are required to use the Product in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
- This license may be terminated if you breach its terms. In cases of serious violations, termination may occur automatically and without prior notice.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify or update these License Terms at any time.
