This Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Customer", "Buyer", or "you") and Muffin Group sp. z o.o. ("Muffin Group", "Betheme", "us", or "we"). It governs your use of all services ("Services") and products ("Products") provided through our website. By accepting these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), purchasing a product, or using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this Agreement.

We grant you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Betheme theme and other Products available through our website. You can access the detailed license terms on the licensing page.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our Products. All Products are the property of Muffin Group sp. z o.o. and are provided "as is" with no warranties.

Payments are processed by Paddle, an authorized reseller. We shall not be held responsible for or liable to compensate for any financial damages under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing and renewal rates. Stored payment methods will only be charged for the original license and will not be used for any additional licenses unless you provide explicit authorization.

You may cancel your license at any time through the "My account" page on our website. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the license term.

By purchasing the Product, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your license. These emails may include information about license changes, updates to these Terms, and notifications regarding license expiration.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers. Support for resolving such conflicts will be offered at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers or resellers shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Polish courts for any disputes arising under this Agreement.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
