Where can I get support?
Support is provided exclusively through our Support Forum.
Before you ask any questions, we recommend checking the Support Center, where you can find immediate help.
Usually, we will respond to you within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We live in UTC+01:00 (Central European Time) time zone.

Product Questions
We are happy to answer any questions about the product and its features. If you're unsure how to use something or need assistance, we'll gladly guide you in using the product's functions.
Bugs and Updates
If you discover any bugs in the product, please report them to us, and we'll fix them within a reasonable timeframe. We regularly release updates that include new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Compatibility
We provide full compatibility support for the latest versions of WordPress, PHP, and third-party plugins listed as compatible in our documentation. For plugins not on this list, we're happy to advise on where to look for a solution to your issue.
Product support does not include
Customization
We do not offer customization services as part of support or for an additional fee. We provide the tools to create almost any website, along with the necessary documentation and guidance on using them. However, you are entirely responsible for building your website.
Hosting services
The product requires a server with a basic configuration, access to standard server software features (such as Apache), and default PHP functions. Server-related issues are rare but can only be resolved by your hosting provider or server administrator. We are always happy to suggest possible causes and advise on resolving the issue. However, we do not take responsibility for third parties' willingness to cooperate, knowledge, or technical capabilities.
3rd party issues
We are not responsible for issues caused by other code on your site, such as plugins, child themes, or your custom code. While we adhere to all standards and best practices, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with every plugin. We are happy to provide advice and investigate potential issues; however, resolving them may require intervention from the plugin's author.
Support period
The duration of support and live updates depends on the type of license purchased:
Annual Payment
Support and live updates are provided for the entire license validity period.
One-Time Payment
Live updates are available for a lifetime; however, support is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase.
