Eligibility & Exceptions
While we aim to be flexible, refunds are generally not available after the initial 14-day window unless the purchased license key remains unused. Please keep in mind:
- • We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for unused time or early cancellations.
- • Plan downgrades with a refund of the price difference are not supported.
- • All refunds are processed for the exact amount received in the original transaction.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us via our official support ticket system or email. To speed up the process, include your order ID and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs. Please note that we cannot process refund requests sent through social media or other public channels.
Timelines & Payments
Our team typically reviews and approves requests within 5 business days. Once we issue the refund, it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction in your account. The refund will be linked to your original invoice. For international orders, please be aware that the final amount may vary slightly due to fluctuating currency exchange rates at the time of processing.
Access Revocation
Once a refund is completed, the associated license will be permanently disabled, and any linked automated renewals will be stopped. A revoked license cannot be restored or transferred back to an active state.
